A national non-profit association hired Marty Walsh to develop a communications plan for each of the six New England states in a pilot program to increase membership participation and strength ties with legislators and industry leaders. The ongoing program has had many successes including passage of three bills to strengthen the association’s work.
A health care provider association was looking to develop an aggressive outreach effort during payment reform to engage the state legislature, government healthcare agencies, and health care industry payers. Marty was instrumental in developing a value proposition white paper, passing six legislative amendments, and creating a first-time State House Advocacy Day with over 300 association participants.
A solar installation company was interested in expanding into state and municipal markets. Marty helped secure four major projects across the state within six months.
